3 Excursions in one, we'll be visiting:

1) ALTOS DE CHAVON, LA ROMANA
2) PADRE NUESTRO BAYAHIBE National Park
3) TOBACCO FACTORY, where the best cigars in the country are manufactured

We begin our adventure going to LA ROMANA where we will visit one of the most prestigious tobacco factories in the entire Dominican Republic, making product both for local use and for exportation, you will be explained step by step how the entire production process is done.
Then we will be passing through the most important streets of the city of LA ROMANA, until we reach famous ALTOS DE CHAVON.
ALTOS DE CHAVON is a replica of a Mediterranean town from the 16th century. Built in 1976, at a height above the CHAVON river, this small town also has an archaeological museum that offers us a fascinating history of pre-Columbian Taino culture dating from 4000 BC.

We will see the church of SAN ESTANISLAO, in addition we'll visit the ALTOS DE CHAVON amphitheater, designed as a Greek amphitheater, this impressive outdoor installation with capacity for 5,000 spectators offers concerts and performances by the main Dominican and International artists.

Then we go to the PADRE NUESTRO national park, it is a tropical forest path where the Taino indigenous people previously inhabited, we can see 2 underground caves with crystalline water springs where we can swim and take a cool dip before returning to the Hotel.
